Documentation

Current beta scope

What the browser beta supports today and what remains in development.

Current beta paths

  • File Record: create a public record for one exact file.
  • Public Reference: connect an already-recorded file to a public URL, DOI, article, report page, source page, or other public reference.
  • Research: advanced beta registry for ongoing research timelines.
  • Audit: advanced beta registry for audit or review histories.

In development

  • Content Creator
  • Content Origin
  • AI Signals
  • Promos & Giveaways
  • Product Passport
  • Contracts

These registry layers show the direction of the platform but are not active public beta create or verify paths yet.

Verification

The main Verify page starts from one exact file or verification code. It can show the base record and related Public Reference, Research, Audit, or other registry entries for the same exact file hash when available. Dedicated registry checks are advanced tools for users who already know the registry layer or key they want to inspect.

Important beta constraints

  • The browser product is task-based. It does not teach protocol layers in the main UX.
  • Public Reference is attached to an already-recorded file.
  • Registry records cannot be edited or removed. Updates are added as new entries.
  • Private labels are off-chain, personal, and editable.
  • The dashboard is a user-scoped inventory, not a public explorer.
  • Verification does not decide truth, ownership, authorship, originality, legality, compliance, certification, platform approval, or official approval.
