Recording capacity & pricing
How recording units work: verification is free, successful writes consume units, and duplicates or failed writes consume none.
What units mean
- 1 unit = 1 successful registry write.
- Public verification is always free.
- Failed and duplicate writes cost nothing.
- Units are product capacity, not crypto or SOL.
- A unit’s value does not change after purchase, regardless of blockchain network fees.
Verification is free
Checking whether an exact file or hash matches a public record never consumes units. Verification is free and does not require sign-in.
When units are used
- Creating a new File Record consumes one unit when the write succeeds.
- Adding a new Public Reference or other supported entry consumes one unit when the write succeeds.
- A duplicate or no-change request does not consume a unit.
- A failed write does not consume a unit.
What it costs
Units are purchased as capacity from your dashboard. Prices and packages are shown at checkout when billing is configured. Units are capacity for the product service; they are not SOL or any other cryptocurrency.
Beta — Stripe test payment
During the controlled beta, the checkout flow runs in Stripe test mode. No real money is charged. Use the test card details below to complete a checkout.

A successful test checkout grants recording units valid for testing on Solana Devnet only. No real card or payment is needed during the beta. Visit the units page to start a checkout.
Beta note
During the controlled beta on Solana Devnet, any sandbox or free test records are for testing and validation only. Solana Devnet is a public test network that may be reset, so beta records should not be treated as production-permanent.
